Three ladies are sitting in a spa. Two are young attractive and in shape. The third is elderly and over weight. After a few minutes the three hear a beeping noise. One of the younger girls pushes on her forearm and says "sorry that was my pager i had inserted under my skin" the other two are impressed. a few minutes later the three hear a ring the other young girl "sorry that's my cell phone i had it inserted in my hand" now the older lady is feeling very out of place. the older lady gets up goes to the bath room and comes back with a piece of toilet paper hanging from her back side. the other two look at each other puzzled. the older lady says "oh look at that i'm getting a fax"
